Traditional Chimarrao Ceremony

Enjoy an hour and a half traditional Gaucho Mate Session with our cebador (our chief Mate Server) as we show you how to prepare a traditional Chimarrao, or wild Mate and over an hour and a half delve into the traditions and history of the mate ritual and production.

This ceremony gives one the time to really experience the effects of Mate and is not recommended for the evenings for those wishing to have an early night.  The theobromine in the Mate enhance deep discussions and by the end of the session one is revelling in their mate experience.

This Mate round is recommended for 2-3 people and includes unlimited hot water and gaurentees bringing ones mate understanding to a deeper level.  (prices are per person)
